Job Description:
- Drive and Operate a Pump Rig
- Troubleshoot pump assemblies
- Properly install and remove column assemblies for pumps
- Direct and lead a crew of 2-3
- Work overtime as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Maintain accurate well and pump records
- Perform preventative maintenance on rigs and trucks
Required Certifications:
- Class A CDL
Other Requirements:
- Be self motivated
- Willing to work on pivots, main line, submersible pumps and other jobs as needed
- Look for and implement process improvements
- Always think ahead
- Be safety minded
- Willing to travel within a 150 mile radius (possible overnight stays)
- Pass random drug tests

- We generally work overtime in the summer and part-time to full time in the winter depending on willingness to do inside work and general maintenance
