Rig Operator

Job Description:

Drive and Operate a Pump Rig
Troubleshoot pump assemblies
Properly install and remove column assemblies for pumps
Direct and lead a crew of 2-3
Work overtime as needed
Communicate professionally with customers
Follow safety procedures
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
Maintain accurate well and pump records
Perform preventative maintenance on rigs and trucks

Required Certifications:

Class A CDL

Other Requirements:

Be self motivated
Willing to work on pivots, main line, submersible pumps and other jobs as needed
Look for and implement process improvements
Always think ahead
Be safety minded
Willing to travel within a 150 mile radius (possible overnight stays)
Pass random drug tests
